When I was down in Charlotte for NYWC we had an interesting experience downtown. As we walked the streets we met a man standing on the streets, yelling at everyone who walked by that they needed to repent and be saved, or else they would go to hell. As we walked by we all sort of had a bitter taste in our mouth. A block later we met two girls who were giving out free hugs (like the video) so we grabbed a hug and kept going. As we thought about it later, we all felt that if Jesus has been on the streets today, he would have been in the hug, and not the condeming voice of the preacher man. All this to say... hugs are cool!

I would do that...but with a "Free Bugs" sign. It would be fun to watch people's thought process when they see the sign...."Ah! Something FREE! Oh....it's bugs...well then, but they are free...hmmmmmmm....
